Turkey Trot 2011

A perfect day with ideal runners' weather for the biggest field ever.

Thanks go to Ian Miller, Chris Crane and Ted Mulherin for a great event on challenging maps through the reserves and suburbs of Castle Hill. There was a touch of the old - the "Grave Yard" map - and the new - "Rogans Hill" - a new map stretching to the reserve where you can see the remnants of the old Parramatta - Castle Hill - Rogans Hill railway. The line was torn up by order of our state's politicians in the 1930's.
